## Narrative

An employee was using a pneumatic grinder to remove welds on a box truck truck liftgate that was supported by an overhead hoist. When they went to cut the last weld, the liftgate shifted and fell back onto the truck, crushing their left hand. The employee sustained crush injuries that required surgery.
