## Narrative

On December 9, 2024, an employee was rolling out a new membrane on a roof when a clamp slipped off, causing the employee to lose balance and fall from the the roof to the ground. The employee was hospitalized with a fractured left elbow, fractured vertebra, dislocated right heel, and a dislocated right wrist.
