## Narrative

An employee was trying to access the top of an awning that was approximately 10 feet high to install flashing. As he was descending an 8-foot A-frame ladder, the ladder fell and the employee fell approximately 7 feet to the ground. He sustained a traumatic brain injury and memory loss.
