## Narrative

An employee backed a sanitation truck up to a dumpster and got out to operate the lift mechanism to lift the dumpster. When the employee activated the lifting mechanism, the truck started moving backward. The employee was caught between the truck and the dumpster and sustained four broken ribs on the left side.
