## Narrative

An employee was manually repositioning a steel ramp used at a loading dock when he slipped on snow/ice. The ramp fell onto his left index and middle fingers, resulting in a contusion and fingernail avulsion to his middle finger and a laceration, fracture, and fingertip amputation without bone loss to the index finger.
