## Narrative

An employee was on a scaffold to paint an upper mezzanine. While exiting the scaffold, the employee fell approximately 10 feet to the floor. The employee sustained paralysis from the chest down, no feeling in their legs, a traumatic brain injury, fractures to their T5 through T8 vertebrae, and memory loss.
