## Narrative

On January 25, 2025, an employee was turning off a water valve to help relieve a low water pressure issue in the hotel when their ladder tipped over. The employee fell approximately 9 feet from the ladder to the floor and was hospitalized with injuries to their head, back, neck, and shoulder.
