## Narrative

Two employees were offloading a 120-ton rough terrain crane from a lowboy trailer. The injured employee was deploying the ramps on the trailer when the co-worker unhooked the trailer and began to lower it. The injured employee's left foot was caught between the lowboy trailer and the ground. The injured employee sustained a severe laceration to the first and second toes.
