## Narrative

An employee was offloading 4x16 wooden crane mats from the bed of a tractor trailer. He was releasing straps when a passing dually truck drove over the hook of a strap that was laying behind the employee. This caused the strap to tighten and propelled the employee into the driver's side of the tractor trailer. He then fell to the ground. The employee sustained a brain bleed.
