## Narrative

An employee was working to remove a railcar coupler (approximately 400 pounds) from a rail tanker car prior to abrasive blasting. A forklift was used to hold the weight. While attaching a device to the coupler, the last pin holding the coupler was removed. The coupler fell onto the employee's lower right leg, causing a hairline fracture and an open wound that was approximately 1x3 inches in size.
