## Narrative

On March 5, 2025, an employee was cleaning out a gang saw when their hand contacted the 6-10 saw blades mounted on the spindle. The employee was hospitalized with multiple lacerations to the top of their right hand and fingers. The machine was not locked out/tagged out at the time.
