## Narrative

An employee was on the ground lifting a sheet metal economizer (hood) weighing approximately 40 to 50 pounds to the roof of a school for installation on an HVAC unit. During the lift, the load shifted and struck the employee's right forearm, causing a severe laceration that required surgery.
