## Narrative

On March 10, 2025, an employee was using a chainsaw to cut down a tree at a golf course. When he cut a branch on the tree, it fell to the ground, landing straight up and leaning on the main trunk of the tree. A part of the branch, at the top, broke off and fell about 15 feet. It struck the employee in the head and knocked him into some brush. He suffered a head laceration, as well as some concussion-like symptoms, and was hospitalized.
