## Narrative

On March 18., 2025, an employee was unloading the contents of a van onto a cart when the wind caught the cart and it rolled away. The employee chased the cart and tripped and fell, striking his head on the concrete. The employee sustained a fractured jaw, a punctured ear canal, and chipped teeth.
