## Narrative

An employee was standing on the flatbed of a tow truck putting a car in park and applying the emergency brake. The employee was standing next to the car when the winch let loose, and they were hit by the car door and then run over. The employee suffered multiple broken ribs, fractures in his neck, and a bruised collar bone.
