## Narrative

An employee was working approximately 20 feet in the air. They were cutting and laying oriented strand board on the deck of a 3-story building. The employee fell from the roof to the ground and was hospitalized with fractures to their wrists, contusions over the right side of their body, and right shoulder pain.
