## Narrative

On March 31, 2025, an employee was loading two buckets onto a flatbed truck. While guiding the buckets onto the truck, the employee s left hand was caught between the flatbed and the bucket, resulting in a partial amputation of the left middle and ring fingers. The middle finger was reattached.
