## Narrative

An employee was stepping over the outside part of a motorized frame (used to hold and move equipment that was being sprayed in a spray booth). He tripped on the frame, and his left thigh struck a piece of it. He suffered a ruptured blood vessel in the thigh and was hospitalized.
