## Narrative

An employee was moving a 200-pound file cabinet down stairs using a hand truck. The hand truck slipped, causing the file cabinet to fall backward onto the employee. The employee's left hand was caught between the cabinet and the cement step, crushing the fingers on his left hand and requiring surgery.
