## Narrative

An employee was performing inspections at a property. She was walking in the grass and observed a 2-inch hole in the ground. She stepped aside to avoid the hole and lost her footing. She then fell down a hill, stopping about 15 feet away. The employee sustained fractures to both legs and was hospitalized.
