## Narrative

At about 4:15 p.m. on May 8, 2025, an employee was working to connect a trailer to a truck when one of the employee's fingers was caught and crushed between the truck hitch and the trailer hitch. The employee sustained a fractured left middle finger, was hospitalized, and required surgery.
