## Narrative

A skid steer was being used to set fence posts when its bucket fell off and struck an employee who was helping bring fencing material and lay out the posts to be set. He suffered broken ribs on the right side, a broken right hip, and a laceration to the liver, as well as potential fractures to two vertebrae.
