## Narrative

An employee was picking up a dumpster from a client when it slid off the rails. The employee was assisting with attaching the D-ring of the truck cable to a hook located on the grapple of a heavy machine to put the box back onto the rails. The controls were bumped, causing the heavy equipment grapple to come down and pin the employee's hand against the rail of the truck. The base of their hand was crushed.
