On June 6, 2025, at approximately 8:00 a.m., an employee was arriving at work when she tripped over a curb and fell forward onto the pavement, resulting in contusions on the right side of her face and right eye, a contusion on her right foot, and a fractured toe and tissue damage on her left foot.
