## Narrative

The injured employee was using a forklift to help down stack leaning totes by a bay door. His forklift was holding up a leaning stack while another employee grabbed the adjacent stack. The injured employee exited his forklift to pick up the lids and as he turned to walk away, the top skid of another stack tipped over and struck his neck and shoulders. The employee was hospitalized with fractures to his C2, C3, and C4 vertebrae.
