## Narrative

An employee was performing roofing work on a flat canopy and was cleaning up for the day. He fell through an opening in the roof deck to a terrace below, rolled, and then fell another level to the ground. The employee sustained a fractured leg and injured his shoulder. Fall protection was not connected at the time of the fall.
