## Narrative

An employee was changing positions on a commercial roof. The employee unhooked their lanyard to clip on a new lanyard and slipped on the wet surface, falling approximately 29 feet to the concrete sidewalk below. The employee sustained head trauma and a compound fracture to their femur.
