## Narrative

An employee was checking the air trap and noticed some shell cuttings were clogging up the trap. He was walking around to wash them out when he walked through some steam and did not see the step down. He fell onto the metal grated floor, landing on his left hip and left knee. The employee was hospitalized and required hip surgery.
