## Narrative

An employee was finishing unloading a shipment of granite slabs and there were two slabs left standing vertically. The employee was manually moving a slab onto a forklift when it tipped over and fell onto them. The employee sustained three fractured ribs, a fractured collarbone, and a lacerated spleen.
