## Narrative

An employee was descending the back of a trailer using the steps and handrail when his hand slipped from the rail and he fell. He struck the bumper on the trailer before landing in the concrete parking lot. The employee was hospitalized with a fractured collarbone, three fractured ribs, and a punctured lung.
