## Narrative

At about 10:30 a.m. on August 19, 2025, an employee began to feel unwell due to heat while working outdoors. Two hours later, after resting in an air-conditioned environment, he was lethargic and began to have muscle cramps. He was hospitalized, suffering from heat stress.
