Each row: port_code, port_name (e.g. 'Buffalo-Niagara Falls', 'San Ysidro'), state, border (US-Canada / US-Mexico), date, measure (Personal Vehicle Passengers / Personal Vehicles / Trucks / Truck Containers / Pedestrians / Trains / Train Passengers / Bus Passengers / Buses / Rail Containers), value (count), lat/lon. Surfaces immigration + trade flow patterns — pandemic shutdown, freight rebound, asylum surges.
