Per incident: reporting railroad code (CSX, BNSF, UP, NS, AMTK, etc), DOT grade crossing ID (joins to FRA Grade Crossing Inventory), incident date + time, highway/street name, full location (state/county/city/station), vehicle type (auto / bus / truck / pedestrian / motorcycle), vehicle speed + direction, train speed + direction + locomotives + cars, casualty breakdown (railroad employees / passengers / highway users killed and injured), accident type, warning systems present (signal / lights / locwarn / warning_signal), Amtrak flag, hazardous-materials flag.
