Narrative

The contact owns a 2024 Tesla Cybertruck. The contact attempted to turn the steering wheel away from the vehicles but was unable to regain control of the vehicle because the steering wheel was firm. Following the crash, the vehicle was towed to a dealer and then to a body shop. The contact instructed the body shop not to perform any repairs because until the vehicle was thoroughly diagnosed. However, the body shop was unable to perform a diagnostic test or retrieve the EDR information.
